[SOLVED] I tried to add List Items and do save and thay gone!

I upload with the wordpress plugin upload

I do radio feild and it's work fine!

After saving filed i see the message Field has been created at green

After i see the radio work fine i tried to create a list and it's work properly

I just tried to create a list field with 1.2.8 version without issue.
How did you install the plugin? Via FTP or through website using WP plugin page?

It seems you uploaded it by FTP so plugin didn't create tables in your database to save informations.
What about creating numeric field, radio or checkbox, same issue or only for list?
After saving filed you should see this message: "Field has been created." Can you confirm this?
