Try to reinstall the current bug-fix: altoswebsolutions.com/beta/2.1.6_Hdfa45F...price-calculator.zip . If the problem persist to be able to solve your problem if you can help us with the follow information:
1)credentials of development environment
2)Details in what you want to achieve
