Would like to share us what is the page where you are trying to apply custom CSS? (So I can inspect it better)
Are you using the Custom CSS feature? [ altoswebsolutions.com/documentation/9-ed...css-style-custom-css ]
Sometimes could be also a cache problem, take a look here:

I am trying to change the look of the Calculator via CSS in WooPrice Calculator Pro, But I am unable to change the look of it. I am trying to create the same look as the image below.
I have also tested the following snippet from the Documentation
