Hi ,
you can use either a input of type list or type radio to achieve that. But if you want to have a free input
so the user can enter what they want and not choose an options, then you can use a text type input , and handle this type of translations on the excel file.
But the best solution would adopting the input list field .

Hello,
Does anyone have a suggestion of how to allow customers to input both whole numbers and fractions? Such as a customer needing to enter 10 1/18 or 15 1/2 ? The 10 1/8 would convert to 10.125 and the 15 1/2 would convert to 15.5?
