I have imported the Zip file and the error message still isn't being generated... the price just displays 0.00.
I tried mapping the error fields, this just results in the error message being displayed all the time... Looking at the demo site this is the same.
Are you available on skye or online chat?
Thanks
Tony

in attached you will find the zip of the calculator and the pdf of the spreadsheet. Also, you can check it on the online calculator ( play.altoswebsolutions.com/at1266/product/tomas-product/ ). Please make sure you have mapped the two error fields.
We will be waiting for your feedback, don't hesitate to ask.
Best regards,

Sorry but this is so frustrating! What am I doing wrong with the mapping?
Width is mapped to input field Width (cm) [aws_price_calc_2]
Height is mapped to input field Drop (cm) [aws_price_calc_1]
Curtain Option is mapped to input field Style [aws_price_calc_7]
Lining Option is mapped to input ield Required Lining [aws_price_calc_6]
I have then mapped one error field (line 14) and selected Drop(cm) [aws_price_calc_1] - I think this is just for positioning of the output message
Price Is mapped as output cell Price
My calculator just outputs the error

Thank you for your patience

in attached the new file excel. Please be careful when mapping the fields.
Regarding the order of the fields, you can drag and drop the fields as in the screenshot below.

Thanks for your help, I have found a couple of issues though...
1. The error message isn't working when the dimensions are out of limits or size combination is not available - this needs to state ' Please contact us for more information'
2. On the product page the width and drop are the wrong order - Width needs to be shown first then drop.

I have checked the zip file of the calculator, and the problem was at the values you had given to the input fields. In attached you will find the zip file of the new calculator. You can import the calculator by following the steps, that you will find in this link:
altoswebsolutions.com/manual/woo-price-c...or/import-calculator .

May I ask you to send me the zip file of the calculator? Here is the link so you can see how to export it: altoswebsolutions.com/manual/woo-price-c...or/export-calculator . Also, is it possible to send me the file excel that you have uploaded?
Thank you,

Sorry for the delay... I though I had sent you a question but it doesn't appear to have come through.
I have uploaded the spreadsheet but it isn't working.. i think I have done something wrong when mapping the fields, could you take a look please and let me know what I have done wrong... the prices are just showing 0.00

Thanks for your help with this.
In the spreadsheet you sent the width 275 & height 184, with option of eyelet generates a price of 275.65, the customer then decides what lining they require, Standard = no increase, Thermal = 5% increase (£289.43), Blackout = 10% increase (£303.21)
Also in the Algorithm you sent D6 does not include the selection (Eyelet, Pinch Pleat or Pencil Pleat), is that intentional?
Thanks again
Tony

in attached you can find the new excel file with the new requests.
Only one question . The percentage of prices depends from width and height ? If you like you could explain it with your words.
Thank you,
