That's a strange way to provide support, given that I paid the license and it seems to be a bug...
Anyway, how can I book 15 min. with you to show you my problem? Thanks and Regards, Fernando

Hi, Fernando Aparicio Gimon,
Starting from today, December 1st, we changed our support policy.
When you need more explanations or any other kind of support, even if it seems an issue, you should book a chat with one of our specialists.
The smallest time-slot is 15 minutes and each time-slot will cost you 24.00 Euros to be paid in advance.
For customers that already paid at least one invoice in the last 30 days, we will apply a discount of 8.00 euros.
This discount may be applied if you will provide us the invoice you already paid.
If during the chat, we realize you met a bug to be fixed, we will refund you the entire payment if your subscription fee is not expired.
If you will accept an eventually customization proposal, the previous payments will be fully discounted.
If you are not interested in this commercial policy, please link to our refund policy to get money back.
We are also available to customize the plugIN into your application and for more detail, please link at our customization policy. In this kind of development, you may ask even turnkey solutions.
best regards
David

Hi,
All our products can be configured and the price changes according to some input values. We're using WooPrice Calculator PRO version 2.3.0. to achieve this. We see the input values entered by our customers in the order area once the order has been created. That's great BUT we don't see the input data on the confirmation email (New Order) which is sent to admin and to customers. Customers usually contact us to check that all data is correct, which is quite annoying. We also mess up with orders because we only work with emails.... How can we get these input fields in the confirmation email?
More info attached.
Thanks and Regards,
Fernando
